When sweeping in private use the audio mode, when the device detects an RF signal it will beep and the green LED light will blink.

When you want the detector to alert you of RF transmitting devices secretly, switch the detector to vibration mode and place it in your pocket. The mini RF detector will vibrate when it detects RF transmitting equipment alerting you secretly so you can act accordingly.
